What exactly can I monitor?
Websites and APIs over HTTP(s), host reachability with Ping, any TCP port or service, SSL certificate validity and expiry, and DNS records. On top of that, you can monitor cron jobs and background tasks with heartbeats.
How do cron and heartbeat monitors work?
We give you a unique ping URL. Your job calls it once per run. If a check-in is missed or late, we open an incident and alert your team. No agent or library required.
Where do you check from?
From 6+ checkpoints across multiple regions worldwide. When a check fails, we re-test from other locations before raising an incident, so a single network blip never wakes you up for nothing.
How do alerts reach my team?
Every plan includes email alerts to the account owner. From Growth upward, you can add custom channels (Slack, Discord, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, and webhook) and choose which monitors use each one. We also send an automatic recovery notice when an issue is resolved.
Can I embed a status page on my own site?
Yes. Every status page can be hosted publicly or embedded with a single iframe. You whitelist the domains allowed to embed it, and components update automatically straight from your monitors.
